Nora Harry is the incredible Director of Operations of the Vaz+Harwood Team and also a licensed REALTOR.
She keeps the team humming along with her quick wit, attention to detail, and streamlined systems. As the captain of the Admin Team, she keeps an eye on every home sale and purchase that the Team assists with. After coordinating over 350 deals (and counting!), Nora knows a thing or two about what makes an offer a winning one, how to price a home appropriately, what negotiations are worth it, and how to best protect our buyers and sellers.
Before real estate, Nora worked in the nonprofit sector, organizing fundraising efforts and conferences, and has a customer service background from her time in the restaurant and events industries.
A proud Returned Peace Corps Volunteer, Nora has lived abroad in Ethiopia and Italy, and her travel instincts are always on the lookout for her next adventure.
Nora, her husband, and son live with their adopted American bulldog mix in Woodbury.
