Staged homes get more showings and sell faster

The name of the game is to get as many showings as possible while on market. Research shows that staged homes sell faster and often for more money than unstaged homes

Staging consultation

We will hire a professional home stager—at our expense for the consultation fee—to stage your home. The stager will go though your home, room by room, and make recommendations, using furnishings that you already have, if possible.

‘Decluttering’

When buyers see your house they need to see clean countertops, open rooms and possibilities for their own life. The stager will help you decide what to remove while the house is on the market.

Rental furniture

Optionally or if needed, the stager can bring in furnishings and accessories to stage all or part of the house. There is a separate fee for this from the stager.
