Mint Chutney

This basic chutney can be had with anything as a dipping sauce; from batata vadas to tandoori chicken.

INGREDIENTS

• 1 bundle mint
• 1 bundle cilantro
• 1 green chili
• 1 onion
• 1 garlic clove
• 1 tsp. salt
• 1 juiced lime
• Fresh coconut OR milk

LET’S START COOKING!

  1. Put all the ingredients in a blender with a little coconut milk.

  2. The purée needs to be thick. So adjust the coconut milk accordingly if you’re using it instead of fresh grated coconut (found in Indian stores).
