A summer drink, this yogurt beverage can be had with any fruit OR plain. Whip it up in a blender and pour in a tall glass on a hot summer day.
- 1 tub Greek yogurt
- 1 carton of butter milk.
- 1 can of mango pulp
- 3 cardamom pods
- 20 pistachios (optional)
- In a food processor, whip up the yogurt, butter milk, mango pulp and crushed cardamom powder.
- Pour in a tall glass with ice cubes.
- Add crushed pistachio on top (optional).
