A summer drink, this yogurt beverage can be had with any fruit OR plain. Whip it up in a blender and pour in a tall glass on a hot summer day. 

Ingredients:

  • 1 tub Greek yogurt
  • 1 carton of butter milk.
  • 1 can of mango pulp
  • 3 cardamom pods
  • 20 pistachios (optional)

Method:

  1. In a food processor, whip up the yogurt, butter milk, mango pulp and crushed cardamom powder.
  2. Pour in a tall glass with ice cubes.
  3. Add crushed pistachio on top (optional).
